Lol sorry bro at least in my city with that face you’re not top 10%. Also your physique is kinda mediocre for someone whose cycled test and winny. If it works you keep doing you though Edit: actually looks like you trenned also. Given that you still look natty I hope you know what you’re doing for the sake of your own health...

Lol no he’s still not natural. Does not matter what his normal levels were. Everything else in your body is adjusted in a way to your genetic test levels

Nah dude, bit of belly before bulk = bulk disaster, considering most people don’t bulk with a perfectly clean diet or have zyzz tier ectomorph genetics to minimize fat gain

Of course you’re lean at 240 with abs bro

He’s under 170 and skinny fat, and he’s been lifting for a year. He needs to cut first and then bulk up, and the do as he sees fit

Bro calm down. That kind of lift increase is perfectly normal for a noob with decent leverages/genetics. I personally did not have good strength genetics so it took me longer to reach that kind of number, but I’ve seen other friends of mine who do

I believe you bro. There’s a lot of out of shape, useless DYELs on this sub (of all places, go figure), so haters gonna hate. Honestly you’ll need to train for aesthetics if you care about looking good. This will mean cutting and starting a bulking PPL. Your bench will go lower, but you can gradually bring it up again if you do PPL frequently enough and integrate low rep heavy lifts

Lol yep. You’re about to trigger some e-professional powerlifters on this sub, but this is the truth

I’ll grant you that they get lost in virtually meaningless details (eye shape, midface, etc). Honestly though blackpill at a fundamental level is pretty important today given dating apps

Lol if that dudes teeth are fucked then whomever he’s "pulling" is pretty irrelevant tbh. Plenty of guys with his height, physique, and with good teeth in the UK and Australia at the very least. Also the blackpill saved me. TRP is wrapped up in their own bullshit and had me running in circles when I was wondering why I can’t get chicks of higher SMV than what I was getting. The blackpill showed me clearly what I need to do in this day and age, and made me realize that a relatively fit 14% body f…

Quit being a sad cunt and get that fixed with surgery then

Lol you’re just not eating clean enough. There are plenty of dudes out there in their 20’s and 30’s that have gotten natty shredded and you can almost certainly do it too. If you’re in the US, if you’re not a model or jacked and on tinder you’re 100% wasting time

Mad props for the success dude. I will be honest though, if you were in NY, Miami, or LA, you’d be effectively invisible to cute women. I know you say you got matches in NY, but getting to them to meet up is much less certain. I’m sure you’ve got a huge advantage to guys in Argentina, but in the US, UK, or Australia, where guys are 5’10 on average, and where steroids use has become rampantly ubiquitous, it takes a lot more than low body fat at a normal weight and average/below average height to …

In your 30’s and slinging dick only to 18-22 yo in India? This is possible, but we’re gonna need some more details here for the sake of credibility, given the hoards of 20-something Indian guys in India who can’t pull and settle for arranged marriage.

Lol no. Men are hitting the gym in record numbers in the UK and Australia, and many of those are hopping on steroids. I live in the US, and idk if men are at the gym as much here as overseas, but men in general are absolutely trying and not able to meet the high SMV threshold that we’ve created.

Hey OP, I don’t want to hate, but I am going to nitpick here and see what you have to say. Your progress pic makes it seem like you’ve got a lot of ways to go. Are you still under 165 lbs? You said you use a beach pic for your bumble profile, and that makes sense to display max SMV, but my friends and I would’ve swiped left on all those girls that showed up on your matches. Also my friends and I are all around 5’11-6’3, and none of us pulled any quality SMV chicks if we were below 170 lbs at 5’1…

lmao no. Dating app usage has skyrocketed among women. The educated types are only on hinge and bumble though, so it's becoming brutally difficult to get with them. Tinder has plenty of babes too. Stop deluding other guys on this sub.

It's gonna get worse though. Mainstream US will be indistinguishable from the black community in a couple of decades.

Lol nope. Vast majority are simps regardless of SES. For the most part, the ones that aren't simps are famous in some way. There's still a good number of regular black guys that are redpilled (MJGetRight), but most unfortunately are not.

My sympathies to those who went through this, but the time has come that these kind of posts need to stop on this sub. All this stuff about fatherlessness, hypergamy, etc is gonna get worse and worse in the next two decades, and there's little to nothing any of us can do to change it. This sub needs to talk about how to thrive in the decline instead of bemonaing it or saving it.

I bet if we took a poll of who here actually squats and deadlifts consistently, less than 10% would say yes.

The problem is that too many dudes adhere to this tenant and wonder why they aren't getting results (see asktrp). There is a very clear gradient in SMV among men today, and you should always want to increase it as much you can (maybe until you're, say, 38 or so) because depending on where you live, this gradient can be very unforgiving. This mentality can only be the byproduct of acquired abundance.

I’ve been on the fence about jumping off the natty train in the future. This post was an important reminder that sometimes you’ve gotta take a chance in life

I’m gonna offer a slight shift in focus. I think guys do care but a lot of them (at least where I work) aren’t seeing results because they don’t know how to get them in the current climate. I don’t even think TRP wants to truly embrace the current climate (i.e. enjoying the decline). What most guys need to accept is that ever since 2018, dating apps = everything Instead of cold approaching, I think the proper way to adapt to this new era is by maxing out dating app profiles. Maybe you need to be…
