Dude this is serious. This is the precursor to divorce. You need to listen to her. You're fat and she ain't happy with that. Just like you wouldn't be if she was fat. At least you shouldn't be. Did you really say it's something you cannot control? Lose the fat, build the muscle, and get your shit together.

Fantastic post. I agree with pretty much everything and I love the part where you make it clear that the type of diet doesn't matter but something like keto can actually backfire because it is so restrictive. That's pretty much exactly what I say in a book that I sell on Amazon that is currently on page 1 for two of its categories. My motto is, if it's not sustainable, it's not a good strategy. Also, Consistency trumps intensity.

This is probably the biggest one that all of the others revolve around. If you are stressed or worried, you probably can't sleep. And that will stump your gains. That's why ZMA exists. (Zinc, magnesium, by)

Yeah, there lots of things that are funny to me but not funny enough to elicit an actual laugh. Maybe it's because I listen to podcasts by comics on a daily basis so my threshold is higher?

But. Laughing is an involuntary reaction to something you find funny. You can't just say, "Ha. Ha. Ha," and call it a laugh. If it isn't funny to you, it's not going to make you laugh.

Great freaking post. It might fall under "obvious" at first glance, but most great advice is simple and sitting right under our nose. I agree with all of this and I know I have some work to do, particularly with eye contact and speaking up. Okay, maybe a little in the physical as well.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
