can't find the study i read. but from a quick google the consensus is this: relaxing games lower cortisol, competitive multiplayer games spike adrenaline and thus cortisol.

video games arent all bad. much better than just watching netflix. they can increase reflex speed and eyesight, as well as critical thinking with certain games. be warned that competitive games spike cortisol while playing, thus interfering with with testosterone production

you shouldn't have a negative view of strength training, regardless about your views on hypertrophy. the most important thing is the stronger you are, the brighter the inner flame burns.

you might as well let your ego be stroked. as long as it doesn't change anything emotionally go ahead and think you're a boss for making her come hard.

It wouldn't hurt you in any way. The beta may be disagreeable 99 times out of 100, but if you can improve the life quality of that 1 beta, you have succeeded. The prime goal of any member of our species is to advance the lineage with capable offspring. The beta you enlighten has the fitness to survive and produce capable offspring, while the beta that ignores you will be the source of his own demise and potentially the demise of others. With any luck in 1000 years, the masculine and feminine ene…

humans are social animals. it would be beneficial to inform the beta of his cheating girl AND explain to him the psychology behind it all. It will not hurt you in any way to pass on the knowledge.

Acting beta is beneficial for manipulation of both men and women. Certain scenarios require you to make the other party feel more in control, therefore less threatened by you. In a way, acting beta removes the figurative 'target on the back' that many alphas seem to have. You will also be able to acquire a broader range of friends and acquaintances by offering compliments and admiration.

Humans are not separate from nature. We have primal urges that have kept our species alive up to this point. Personally I would absolutely love it if humans treated each other with compassion, but our evolutionary history has taught us that the world is a jungle. Devour to survive. It is evident in every aspect of our society. Look at any aspect of primate sociology and you will find many resemblances to our species.
/r/TheRedPill11/04/14 12:57 AM
2

Admittedly yes it does, but it is a generalization based on fact. Just look at primate societies. You'll find both alpha and beta males. Do you think an alpha male gorilla acts that way because he's insecure?
/r/TheRedPill11/04/14 12:44 AM
2

That's quite the generalization. Now i don't mean to offend you, but perhaps you are projecting?

Thanks for your input. What about LTRs? Do most gays align themselves with the male style of loving and reciprocation for sacrifices made? Is there a difference in this regard between masculine and feminine male homosexuals? It sounds like two masculine gay men in a relationship is the closest thing to the ideal romance that heterosexual men desire.

I find the blend of Alpha/Beta male traits and female traits to be fascinating. I wonder what her mentality would be if she was in an area with a high concentration of lesbians.

What is best in life? To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women.

Thanks for the reply, I am a straight man myself, just interested in the psychology of it all.

As depressing as that sounds, it also sounds quite logical. To survive as a species we had to follow the law of the jungle. To create a Utopian society we would have to suppress the instincts responsible for getting us to this point. Either way, we will soon reach the climax.
/r/TheRedPill07/04/14 04:13 PM
1

That is a definite possibility. I was using the model of the Utopian experiment and assuming/hoping we hadn't/won't
/r/TheRedPill07/04/14 02:10 AM

The difference is that humans possess the mental capacity to perpetually expand throughout the galaxy. As long as there is no limit to technological process it is an inevitability that a Utopian earth would spread to a Utopian solar system > galaxy > cluster and so on..
