If you saw a statistical difference whereby males are significantly more likely to be robbed than women, one potential confounder would be that men are more likely to put themselves in relatively higher risk situations than women. Even if being outside at night alone isn't what you would conceptualize as a high-risk situation, it is statistically a higher risk situation than being inside or being out with a group of friends. 1	Father's Day? But that doesn't give single moms enough attention! Isn't the middle comment referring to it simply being a weird day to parent?
