1	How can I find a party/social event to meet people at? Facebook seriously. If you go to a large state university, then there will be multiple Facebook groups named Events + Parties etc... People post their parties everyone once in a while. Do you have a lot of FB friends who go out a lot? Many events will have Friends of Friends invited and will show if one of yours is going. It doesn't show up as a notification for you, but your events calender should still list it.
