Why would you "need" to drive to her area to prove it? If you have been ordered by a Court not to go to that area what could you possibly hope to achieve. Gather evidence, keep a log solely for this purpose and write everything down: dates times any detail. Be honest , calm and do not lose your temper, do not get involved in argument do not say your piece. I would be tempted to record when and if you are anticipating trouble.
