10	Isn't the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Federal Contract program discriminatory? In my personal experience in pipeline construction this works out to being a program for married men. Every time i have seen this used was for a company owned by the real owner's wife to specifically get these grants. 1	Women earned majority of doctoral degrees in 2016 for 8th straight year and outnumber men in grad school 135 to 100 I see cause for concern with the drop in women from masters to doctoral degrees. Clearly higher education is highly hostile to women, since a lower percentage of women with masters degrees go on to get their PhD. Assuming that the two genders have roughly the same mean intelligence and similar numbers, then postulating that the more intelligent you are, the more likely you go to college (debatable), then the gender with the larger number of people in college are going to be on average less intelligent. 2	2 years later, this U.S. based "Men's Resource Center" for domestic violence is still offering to help men by asking you "What Kind of Abusive Man Are You?"
