I settled to move forward bc it took over 1.5 yrs just to get a trial, and all it did was give her more ammo to fight against the 50-50 that we were supposed to move toward… stay strong. I’m in over $200k in 2 yrs for similar bullshit. Basically all the lawyers and judges eventually make life so difficult and miserable that everyone is willing to settle. Both parents, and the kids take the burden. I don’t know how defensible the accusations are, but just focus on the kids needs, safety of them, and say there is no real proof.
