2	Women gets murdered by words I agree man. It's funny how all these manual work jobs really don't bulk you up at all. A good amount of time at my work is spent literally just doing demolition, digging, and carrying building materials, and I'm lanky as hell lol. If anything your back and legs get bigger, but abs, biceps, and chest, can only really be worked out at the gym.
