i think a lot of ‘slutty’ women are women who use hyper sexuality to cope. i really feel bad for women who let guys use them and treat them like shit, it tends to come from a place of insecurity. every woman i’ve ever known who makes her sexual life very well known has been in some way fucked up, whether it be mental illness or low self esteem. women who are promiscuous and not like this tend to keep their sex life on the DL and don’t feel the need to talk about it, and good for them!

i agree that both sides have had bad experiences which have shaped their beliefs tbh, people like this need help and therapy. while i do think ppl with extreme views can be different outside of those, i really think that beliefs such as that tend to leak into other aspects of life. if someone is capable of such unpleasant thinking, it says something about them.

hi, lesbian here. i think FDS people are wrong and stupid in the same way TRP are - making blanket statements about ~50% of the population is stupid and unhelpful and otherises other people. even if some aspects are true, the mentality it puts you in is super unhelpful and makes you lose empathy

i think ambition can be more than just basic financial success

i think there’s actual good explanations for this e.g right wingers being more likely to be christian, therefore married, may be less likely to divorce, may be more socially conservative and therefore less likely to date/sleep around.

i’m not gonna argue who is worse but yes, FDS posters are nasty

did you click on that last link? it’s such a strange move to cite this random video from 6 years ago on r/okcupid. is it from some scholarly article i missed? also didn’t you just tell OP to not cite reddit? (not arguing with that i agree)

FDS people are just as insane as TRP people so trying to use them as a gotcha just doesn’t work, these are fringe weirdos

that would be wonderful but i don’t think my tiny woman brain could handle it :(

i absolutely agree. i think the celebrity lifestyle in general leads to a lot of broken people who push the boundaries of what’s considered acceptable behaviour. i think it would be interesting to find out the rate of personality disorders amongst celebrities compared to the general population.

EDIT: i had written out a response but i don’t think i’m going to get anywhere with you it’s a shame you don’t want to further debate, i’m very happy to continue this discussion, but i totally understand if i’m too much of a triggered woman for you to bear. if you’ll excuse me i must go and have a hysterical fainting fit at this slight towards my womanhood

Okay! Genuinely interested in this, so I googled it just as you said I should. what I could glean is there was a book written (Diana in search of herself) by an American, Sally Bedell Smith, in which she interviews people involved in Diana’s life and comes to the conclusion she has BPD from this. Nowhere in the book does she consult any psychiatric help, which means this ‘diagnosis’ is just pure speculation. Another article tells me Alan McGlashan (a British psychiatrist in direct contact with h…

yes, i thought you were op. i’m not sure why you’re so desperate to accuse us all of having some hysterical woman reaction to this post - i can assure you i’m fine, i have no notion of sisterhood, just a set of beliefs i’m defending in this debate subreddit as it was intended for, just as you’re doing. secondly, the fact that the guy slept with lots of BPD women is the whole argument from OP - that this ‘founder’ slept with lots of women who likely had BPD, and that’s where his philosophy and vi…

seems to me like she’s just using your logic with the gender switched. your argument for TRP being based off of BPD women relies on the idea this guy slept with a lot of BPD women who lived a certain lifestyle. they’re asking why the guy focus is on the women having BPD and causing TRP philosophy rather than the guy who lives the same lifestyle.

what is this princess di thing?? where did you get this BPD diagnosis from??

not a dianaphile but it seems a little weird you’ve diagnosed this dead royal with BPD

it’s funny that RP ideology has a built in defense against actual feedback from women

If that’s true why do you have such disdain for crying women?

I can’t believe you’re trying to argue semantics with me here, but I do mean empathy. Sympathy means sharing in the feelings of another and empathy means understanding said feelings. My point is, do you not feel bad for people when they cry? Or is it just women?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/21 07:56 PM

Do you not have basic empathy? The only reason I would be more likely to approach a woman crying is because women are less physically intimidating than men (I wouldn’t approach any person crying because I would assume they don’t want to be bothered)

Also. Maybe she stayed because she loves him. I know you only see relationships as transactional but that might be the case.

Are you kidding? I don’t want to argue this point back and forth with you but Beyoncé is definitely more famous than Jay Z. Jay Z is definitely very famous but I’d argue Beyoncé is known by everybody

No. If you’re stating things are ‘biological fact’ I’d like to see something behind that!

I'd definitely agree that there is an expectation of men to be the initiator, but it seems to me there are pretty clear drawn lines and it's easy to tell when someone is uncomfortable. As for two drunk people fucking, I think there's definitely a line where someone is too drunk to consent, and if someone else is not that drunk I think it's dubious.

exactly! it’s impossible to tell whether the brain will the brain go into fight flight or freeze in a situation, no matter how much you want to be a cool brave fighter (i sure would love to be one!)

Rich men like young hot women, young women like money. I don’t see a problem - it’s a mutually beneficial exchange.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/21 07:54 PM

can you get me some scientific evidence of these biological facts?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/21 07:52 PM

Okay so firstly, very attractive men do NOT sleep with ugly women. It’s also interesting people talk about hypergamy with women where there are several examples I can think of off the top of my head of famous and attractive women dating less so men. Beyoncé and Jay-Z? This might be just observational evidence but that’s the same case for basically all red pill philosophy.

FDS is not comparable to TRP. It’s more comparable to incels - people who blame roasties and femoids. TRP IS similar to FDS in that they both have ridiculous stereotypes about the opposite gender which are harmful. Comparing incels and femcels are interesting because femcels tend to come from a place of sexual violation and mistreatment whereas incels tend to come from a place of entitlement and rejection.

This is terrible advice. Straight women stereotypically want a tall dark handsome man to sweep them off their feet not a psychopathic guy who whips them. The whole thing about 50 shades type novels is they’re a crazy fantasy that could never be real.

i think you don’t know how you’d react until it happened. i don’t want to overshare but i will relate my own experience - i was molested. when i realised what had happened a few years ago, i felt dirty and disgusting and like my body had been used. i still struggle with sex sometimes. i think the two conclusions you draw are totally disingenuous and show an underlying hatred for women. first of all, assuming that not all men are affected by SA is ridiculous. let’s take Terry Crews, who is a pret…
