Well, sorry to break the bad news but In June 2017 [Tiffany Cole's] death sentence as well as death sentences of Wade and Jackson were thrown out by Florida Supreme Court because jurors in their trials did not agree unanimously on the death sentence as U.S. Supreme Court ruled in another case a few years before. And Emilia Carr was re-sentenced to life without parole

I'll take a Russian woman like that over people who have a few pieces of anecdotal evidence and think they can generalize about a country of 10s of millions. I lived in Russia, my wife is Russian, and from my experience, very few behaved in this way. I notice the woman has a big shopping bag. Some people just think the world runs on their time and they show up whenever they want, not caring how they may inconvenience someone else. I know it's probably not possible because of teachers unions, but if i were principal, I would look into suspending that teacher in the striped shirt aroudn 1:40 that pulled the guy restraining the animal off and allowed him to get attacked again, putting him in serious danger. The guy restraining her never once threw a punch or showed any kind of aggression. The correct move is to help him hold it down until the police come to throw it in a cage
