If a high degree of responsibility and accountability is a gender-inherent trait, how do you explain all the female CEOs in the world, for example? IIRC, the number for the FTSE 100(UK top 100) is about 13%. Quite substantially under 50%, obviously, but not low enough to be a statistical outlier.
