Your daughter will be better off in the long run. Your wife will try to force her politics on your daughter and eventually your daughter will grow sick of it. Be the voice of reason and give your daughter an example of a well balanced person. Your wife sounds deranged, so it might be healthy for your daughter to have a safe space with you, where she isn’t pressured to think a certain way. Also document all of your wife’s political posturing for custody purposes.

You just need to focus on yourself and your kids. It’s going to be shitty for a long while. Chances are, your wife will move on faster than you and it will hurt bad. Uhhh you should definitely say you’re still going and then stage an ambush while she thinks you’re away. Best case, she’s up to nothing. Worst case, she’s getting plowed by the neighbour. Definitely film if you catch her upto no good. Love seeing those videos.

Sleep is number one. You don’t realize how emotional and retarded you’re acting when you’re sleep deprived. If you have to, take a sleeping pill to get the hours in. Sleeping pills are terrible for you so you could instead opt to take a few melatonin pills. They’ll help you get some sleep. Work out hard as well.
