Of course there isn't a simple solution. I would recommend reading two books, that hopefully may give you some perspective as to the root of your problem. Tribe by Sebastian Junger & The Way of Men by Jack Donovan. Finding a solid group of mates that stay reliably in touch can be difficult. Please DM me if you wanna talk further man.

Yeah, just started, about 2 months in now. I only get panic attacks when I wake up in the middle of the night for some reason. Just started Muay Thai and BJJ, and they're working wonders, my sleep is seriously improving.

24 here, randomly started getting them too for no reason it seems. I get bad ones, feels like I'm going insane, very acute terror. It helps if you quit trying to fight it when it happens (I try to just embrace the feeling), remind yourself your natural stress system is going off, and that although it's 1000/10 in terms of discomfort and fear, it's not actually dangerous.

I just started bjj. In my first class I got absolutely dominated. submitted like 10 times. Something revitalizing about just being humbled like that. There is a Muay Thai class beforehand which im definitely joining as well.
