Actually, through all of this, I've become more in touch with who I want to be. When she left, there was a bit of clarity. I'm a bit of a stoic and I know this is going to be hard and that I need to keep focus on the future.

Actually, I started a second job today! As soon as she took my daughter I knew what was going to happen. Thanks for this. I feel like I'm at least on the right track.

Dude, I am in the same boat. I'm in the first week of this whole process and I am where you are: low energy, low interest, barely moving one step at a time. I don't have a miracle solution, but I've found focusing on becoming a better me is helping out. Also, reading Meditations by Marcus Aurelius has been giving me some comfort. Hang in there. I'm right next to you in your journey
