2	I exist Dude, I am in the same boat. I'm in the first week of this whole process and I am where you are: low energy, low interest, barely moving one step at a time. I don't have a miracle solution, but I've found focusing on becoming a better me is helping out. Also, reading Meditations by Marcus Aurelius has been giving me some comfort. Hang in there.
