You're answer is better. I listen to it as an audio book so the rights don't pop out as much as the explanations.

WISNIFG has specific techniques for dealing with this. Does the following ring a bell? "You loaned me your car before, I took care of it!" If you're up on your reading, you'll be able to home in on that chapter and do a refresher. If not, get reading. Allowing something in the past is not a good reason to allow it now if you don't want to.

Take her hand, pull her to the bedroom Baby, you look exhausted! Let's get you lying down and I'll prepare something stiff to help you relax. Deliver with a shit-eating grin

I like fasting because it has worked for me in the past. I used to fast M to F and I lost three stone (42lbs) by doing so. However, this time I'm not doing long uninterrupted fasts and I'm trying to build muscle as well. CICO should still apply but I think you are right, I probably overeat on the weekend when I'm home. Thank you for your feedback.

I lack discipline, which is funny when you consider my chosen user name. I will find a method to build strength of will, somehow.

Shit, I've been handling this wrong. So maybe I should just STFU for now? Thanks to you and /u/Persaeus for clarifying.

You are a fat obese fuck. I'm sure you said something like this last time. I expect you to say it next time. I will continue to stand on this porch until I look fucking amazing. And then, in the next year, you WILL congratulate me on my progress. Thank you for your feedback.

I'm 117. I don't know why I do it. I'm not even thinking about it when I go. I guess I could drive out of the plant on the other side. That would avoid driving near the Burger King. Thank you for the advice.

Currently, the wrong answer. I must stop feeling pleasure from food, I don't know how I can learn to hate food though.

I do hamster a bit. I'm just noticing progress and that excites me. I guess that's not the point of OYS though so I'll stop that. I'm working in Kgs. I fast Sunday night to Tuesday lunch and then Tuesday lunch to Thursday Lunch. I eat normally from Friday evening to Sunday night. On Tuesday I have a three egg omelette for protein. On Thursday I have a curry with my team. Last week and the week before, I went to Burger King on Thursday. I have to stop doing that. The comfort tests normally consis…

Last OYS was on January 24th. Mind I am behind on my reading. I should have finished WISNIFG last week, instead I am only 30% through. This is because I have prioritised other self improvement tasks over reading. I do not feel bad for this but I must also re-evaluate how I divide my free time. I visit /r/MarriedRedPill, /r/askMRP, /r/theredpill and /r/askTRP everyday. I read posts, comments and replies to help with internalising the philosophy. I like to guess the right response from a RP perspe…

You don't hate an 800lb gorilla for ripping your arm off when you try to feed it a banana. Be angry at the fact that nobody warned you about the gorilla. Take that anger and channel it into yourself. Rage, in its purest form is masculine energy. Use it to forge a new arm in iron and steel. Something I am realising is that I am actually very lucky to have had the curtain lifted. It's like I can see the strings that control the system and I like experimentally plucking them and watching the effect…

First ever OYS. I'm ready to start but I'm not sure how to proceed. I'm going to lay something out, see how it fits for me and adapt it over the coming weeks. Following my puke on /r/askMRP, today I discuss my starting state and think about how I should proceed. Building A Leader's Mind This week I have finished reading NMMNG and listened to How To Win Friends And Influence People this week. The realisations I have made from these works is that my demeanour and attitude when dealing with people …

I have adopted this approach. She wanted to know why I spent the weekend fixing shit around the house instead of playing computer games. My response: "I'm just trying to fix the problems that I've been ignoring." kiss, smile, go and bathe. I feel it was the right response.

Of course, you're right. The people working with the equipment have a good sense of what works for them and what doesn't. I realise that all men have an end objective and finding the right compromise between those objectives is the key. However, there have been expensive production failures that could have been avoided if I'd asserted myself more in a prior meeting.

Thank you for the encouragement, I'm positive that one day I'll be able to give as much as I will take from this place.

I accept that. I should rephrase 'don't' to 'didn't' like them because they showed no respect considering how I brought in the income and ran them around. However, I realise this is a covert contract and beta behaviour, toward children, that makes it even worse. I realise I have not shown them a leader worthy of respect, so why should they? This WILL change.

She's 18, I've been the male role model in her life since she was nine. I know she's not mine but I have had a major influence on her and worry that my failure will bring her misery in her adult relationships.

Ha ha, Noted, thank you. I'm gonna make sure I enjoy the fuck out of my thirties, forties, etc. I've managed to keep the tone level and even with her so far but I think I need to do a better job of channeling it into building my body or my character. Four older ones are my step kids, the youngest is biologically mine.

1) Finances: Try YNAB. I've found it very useful. Thank you, I'll check it out. 2) Work: Don't go Red Pill Rambo at work. Good advice, my boss is generally decent. However, my peers have no right over-riding me. I'll start slow and gradually ramp up the assertiveness.

Acknowledged, thank you. I'm not my own best option either. However, the good news is that I can change who I am with deliberate action.

Thank you, I'm not thinking of her yet, I owe myself a little attention first. I will do the bare minimum with her as regards shit tests etc until I've established want I want right now and form a roadmap towards it.
