“Be someone who sees the power of consistency.” That sums up the whole post and what allows a person to hold themselves accountable. Great post and a great way to end it.

Agree 100 percent my friend. The situation is in my control. Just got to take the actions to get towards that point.

I'm not in a good physical shape at all but I just have this feeling that by consistently lifting, it'll change the world around me and just being able to feel different because of looking jacked. It's just finding that proper mindset and getting to work because I'm sick and tired of being fat.

This in my opinion is one of the three key components of TRP. Mission, lifting which lead to a calm frame and ultimately a much better life. Find that mission workout like a mad man and watch how life starts changing.

Great post dude. Sometimes I feel this major gap between where I am at and where I want to get to and it feels very demoralizing and hopeless but it's important to realize that the only way to get there is to take one small step at a time and appreciate the steps along the way because the destination is dependent on the journey.

This is just an opinion but I think as long as you don't put yourself in a victim mindset and actually do something about the problem, it's more beneficial to let out your emotions. Just make sure to be a man with a plan.

Great article dude. I've been in a rut recently and feel like I can't get out. It's crazy that I try to look for advice from so many different platforms but the ones that have really resonated with me such as this post are the ones that essentially are saying to just do it.

Preach it dude. It's crazy how when you focus on the basic aspects of life, it makes a major difference.

I'll be waiting for that article lol. Yea man just a couple weeks back, I was on such a hot streak and doing all my habits and then boom I start to feel a bit impatient and just the smallest of circumstances brought me down and I used it as an excuse. I think considering what you said about self identity, I'm going to identify myself as someone who is persistent and will push through all barriers to become the best version of myself and write that in my journal.

Great post OP. I can really relate with this article and have had many up and down moments due to not staying true to my habits. "The key to create these good habits is to repeatedly do activities, even if you DON’T want to. Doing something half assed is better than not doing it AT ALL. The sole reason is to build the habit to the point that you can do it so effortlessly, you might as well be sleeping, like a rat going through a maze for the 150th time to find chocolate." My question to you is, …

I'm very guilty of this. I end up messing up and making a mountain out of a molehill and fall into a major funk and then try to find a new way to live. I always wonder what I would turn into if I would stick to the aspects of my life that make me go for atleast a month long and allow my habits to stick.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
