What do you think the black guy would have faced had she succeeded in getting him convicted? That's what she should be serving. Maybe the penalty for rape should be substantially reduced if we are going to have so much of this happening. What we have now is a crime that has many of the same penalties as murder and yet people are able to frame someone at their whim and then get probation as a result. Like the sex registry, each of the women who have been shown to have lied in a rape accusation need to be on a public form to be checked, ridiculed and discriminated against for the rest of their lives just like the people falsely accused are.
