You raped me! I think you woud like me to have to validate that false statement in court before I went and dispensed "justice," would you not?

I would phrase the question: "What conversational metrics do you use to gauge intelligence when approaching a woman?"

A better analogy would be "I wanted to stop at the stop sign, but I was drunk and confused and then the car hit me. I feel like I was assaulted." However, it is still incomplete because it omits the other drivers knowledge of her state. It does however make plain where responsibility for ones actions should lie.

No, but that earns you respect on your merits regardless of gender.

If that's how it is then I will refer her to "On Women" by Schopenhauer. "Women are directly adapted to act as the nurses and educators of our early childhood, for the simple reason that they themselves are childish, foolish, and short-sighted—in a word, are big children all their lives, something intermediate between the child and the man, who is a man in the strict sense of the word. Consider how a young girl will toy day after day with a child, dance with it and sing to it; and then consider …

Seriously, using logic is discriminatory towards women.

How does that work? (the second part)
