You escalate, you're the male so you're supposed to lead. Be brave and be bold, ask her on a date and use the word date. Be flirty, break the touch barrier and gauge her response. Basically just keep escalating and don't stop unless she makes it clear that she's uncomfortable

Go to therapy and get anxiety meds, friend. Then once you're in a better mental state go to bars and pick up women, a lot of them are there to hook up and lower their standards after drinking. Once you know you can succeed, your confidence and self-esteem will skyrocket. You just have to have that first success. Trust me, there will be at least one girl at a bar that you can score with if you just try.

Some girls like to just mess with guys 'cus it makes them feel good or boosts their self-esteem to know that they blew a guy off I guess. Makes them feel special or important that they made someone wait for them. You don't know if this will happen or not, you just have to brush it off and move on. Yeah, but it can be perceived as an extremely unsettling, creepy, or invasive question. Sex is a touchy, often taboo subject, and just being brazen enough to ask such a question might set off enough alarm bells for some women to get a restraining order.

If you're a woman it'll probably work most of the time. If you're a guy then you might get a restraining order or get cussed out. I would never try this personally, I would be way too afraid of the negative consequences. But if I were a girl I might try it once or twice to see.
