Lets hope nothing crazy pops up so we can do this Womanese translation: you're an option to me, not a priority. Stop fucking around, man. She's disrespecting you while you're sitting here trying to dissect the meaning behind her words/actions. Dump the bitch.

Do it. I go to a hot yoga studio by my house. Sometimes I'm the only guy there, sometimes there's a couple of others. Nobody gives a fuck to be honest, and chicks seem to be impressed that a guy is going there. I've been chatted up a few times after a class. My opinion is the same though: I go there strictly for me and don't make a point of picking up. As a taller guy (6'2"), it does wonders for those joints that stiffen up and just makes my whole body feel relaxed. My mind is in a good place af…

What's your take on girls who are keen on keeping gay guys around? I keep meeting bitches who have a male best friend. "Oh Jeff? He's gay! We've been friends forever!". I'm not threatened by it in the slightest, but it's a slippery slope for a chick to have a straight guy friend in the future if she sees I'm ok with the gay guy.

I love dogs. I had one for a while with my ex. When we broke up, I took him in to take care of him myself. He's a lab as well, medium energy. He doesn't require too much exercise, as he's pretty content to just chill at the dog park. Word of advice: it's not easy and the quality of your life will suffer. I actually ended up finding a perfect family with a house and a backyard that took him in permanently. As much as it was sad to see him go, having a dog that size is a two-person operation. If y…

I used to always grab the chick's number after she said "yes" and looked at it as a success / stepping stone. WRONG. Chicks give out numbers like Halloween candy now. And it's actually easier for you to get lost in a sea of all other dudes that have been doing the same thing. I notice most girls won't even add your name to the address book, so when you're texting with her, she just sees your number. Chances are, she forgets who you are anyway. Keeping the convo through Tinder/Bumble allows her t…

Again... WHY? Do you compliment a dude you just met at a networking event? No, you shoot the shit about whatever it is you wanna talk about, make some jokes, try to connect on a common level and peace out.

Thanks for sharing. I've been meaning to start journaling. I've done it in the past, but tapered off. It was very therapeutic and helped me deal with similar issue. Have you tried the pen + paper method? I can't stand writing by hand, but everyone says it's more effective. I like that you're using a computer and I'm leaning more towards this method as well. Wondering if you can chime in on your experience a bit more.

Doxxing is a lot easier than you think. Some SJW somewhere may be visiting this sub right now and recognize this chick as someone he knows from class, work, whatever. All it takes is for that person to out you as TRP guy and your reputation is toast.

For fuck's sake, blur the chick's face out man. That's how you get doxxed. Plus it's just basic respect. Slut or not, don't just out random chicks online.

If the girl starts talking about a 'serious relationship' , let her now that without sex, she means nothing to you and you are willing to next her. How would you word such a statement without coming off like a huge dick? This is my mentality, but I'm having trouble putting it into words.

You probably appear anxious when you're doing this. Check that you're not fidgeting, biting your nails, looking around sharply, those kinds of things. When you're silent and smooth, nobody will ask if anything is wrong. You just need to be more contemplative, stare into the distance, but also be engaged when the time is right.

Like everything, it comes with experience. After a few episodes of your gut acting up, just observe the feeling and be aware of it. When shit goes down in your life (break-up, being fired, financial catastrophe, etc), look back and try to pinpoint: Was your gut trying to tell you something in that exact moment? It's something you have to cultivate.

Every chick I've ever dated that has a car in the city, I just tell them I'm driving and grab the keys. I've yet had any of them object. Several have even said they prefer when a guy drives and they feel at ease. I'll stand corrected the day one of them says "no".

SMV boost or not, it's just dumb financial decision-making to own a car in a metropolis. I walk to work faster than some cars stuck in traffic, I'm getting exercise and I'm not stressed when I arrive at the office. You're also making car payments, insurance, gas, not to mention paying premium for parking in the city. By my calculations in the area where I live, if I were to have a BMW M3, I would be paying about $1,600+ per month. I'm using a base model here with the average insurance, gas, and …

I get what you're saying, I just don't think it's possible to throw out a "let's bang" and be successful. It may work during last call at a club when some short and chubby chick is looking for a lay that night, but it probably won't work at 10PM after you've had two drinks.

Plausible Deniabiliy Drill that term into your head. Unless you're Leo DiCaprio, you're not saying "let's have sex" to anybody. What you're doing is inviting them to your place to show off your record collection, playing with your dog, or whatever else you may have talked about in your initial meeting. No chick wants to feel like a slut. The whole time she's walking to your place, she's thinking about whatever bullshit you told her in the first place. But you both know why you're going there, yo…

Reading your post I was wondering if I wrote this myself while in an altered state. I went (still going) through the EXACT same scenario about two weeks ago. Save for the BPD and her moving out, everything is identical. My “unicorn” comes home one day and wants to talk about her feelings. A phrase she never once uttered in our almost two years together. Says she has this overwhelming feeling that her and I are not meant for each other and that she needs to continue the next chapter of her life b…

You make a valid point. Regardless of what happens, I will be okay. You are also correct in posing the question: will my life be fulfilling with having a dog around? I am leaning towards "no" right now. I have work, gym, yoga, learning, reading, and just winding down after a long day. Last thing I want to do is resent him for not allowing me to achieve any of the above. Appreciate your clarity on this.

Go by the mantra that if a girl wants to spend time with you, she will cross oceans and move mountains. Her full social calendar becomes null and void and she will do everything to cater to your time. Manipulating her with witty comebacks to her rejection will only make her resent you. Work on yourself from the inside out and you won't need shit-test rebuttals.

Agreed. I've tripped five times in total over a span of six years. I've learned so much about myself that tripping frequently would be just too overwhelming. A person needs time to come back to reality and apply the lessons that were presented before going back.

Consider psychedelic therapy for the inane chatter inside your head. One afternoon with some psilocybin mushrooms, in a proper setting and in a correct frame of mind, will untangle some of the deepest issues inside your mind. With proper intention, just one experience can equal years of psychotherapy.

My inspiration came from the Joe Rogan Kale Shake: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gmmPSBRu6wg You can use any proportions you like. Right now I make just under 2 cups, but when I first started out it would be double that and I would drink the whole thing in one sitting. My dumps were massively green and super smooth; it felt incredible. I've normalized the proportions to a lesser amount since I was wasting a lot of the nutrients, as evidenced by overly green stools I was having, but I suggest you …

Had this same issue a few years ago, and you pretty much answered your own question: nutrition is a major part in this. What helped me was making green smoothies every morning and basically overloading my body with nutrients and vitamins. My skin started to glow and I just looked more alive in comparison to my photos from previous months where I had a grey-ish, almost sickly skin tone. Green smoothies are super easy to make. Don't confuse this with juicing or any other process. Juicing removes a…

How do you figure I'm allowing myself to be treated like shit? That's a big assumption to make. I'm asking for advice on how transition communication styles, there is nothing at all here about my happiness in a relationship.

Probably good advice if the broad was a plate. I did mention that this is an LTR, so a degree of "caring" needs to be present. Not everyone needs to be treated like shit.

In the bedroom, I will always call my girl "my sexy little bitch" while I'm fucking her, but outside the bedroom I don't have a reason to since I've already made my point while she was in her most emotionally vulnerable state.

Maybe some of the earlier ones, but lately he's become very masturbatory, constantly interrupting his guests and going off on tangents. If you're looking for an example of someone flexing their figurative muscles to ascertain his alpha dominance, he's the guy to listen to. But he's not someone I would want to look up to as an example of a man.

The whole "there's a lot of weirdos out there" thing was commonplace maybe 10 years ago. Now with absolutely everyone in the modern world being connected, chances of meeting creepers, stalkers, and weirdos is less and less. Especially if you know how to apply Google-fu before meeting for the first time. Reject this Skype nonsense from this chick; she's just trying to qualify you, and frankly it's not normal behaviour to want to Skype someone before meeting in 2014. Push for a face-to-face meetin…

I know exactly what you mean. The first few times it was extremely terrifying, I actually was wondering if I would accidentally suffocate or kill her and ended up killing the mood by my negative vibe. Just like you said, it's crazy how many girls would grab my hands back and pull them back to her neck and squeeze my hands. Thinking about it now still gives me chills.

I don't like to finger or go down on girls anyway Any particular reason why? I noticed my success in the bedroom shot up ten-fold when I started actually enjoying eating pussy. Chicks dig it so much and always compliment me on the fact that they can tell I love doing it. Get her to cum once with your mouth and fingers, then she's basically putty in your fingers for the second round in the bedroom.

That's great feedback. I am seriously considering this now. Funny enough, I've been contemplating taking a writing course this winter and this could be exactly the reason why I need to. Thanks!

Actually no. I've had ridiculous self-esteem issues for years. I'm 30 now and didn't start my TRP journey until last year where I was in shitty LTRs for the longest time, supplicating and basically being a little bitch by try to "communicate" with my ex-girlfriends. None of those relationships have obviously lasted. On the aspect of looks, I will tell you that I can count on two hands the amount of times in my whole life where a chick has actually checked me out on the street or given me a secon…

Working on compiling something right now, brother. I'll definitely be putting something up in the next few weeks. I have enough material from my notes to write a book one day, not that the community needs another one of those. It's something I want to share with everyone for free, but that means it will take some time for me to get all these thoughts organized.

The key is not to go into a full choke mode, but play it off as if you're caressing her neck, you're just gently applying pressure in the middle now. It's very subtle and has done wonders for me. Helps if she has long hair (as she should, don't be dating anyone with their hair above the shoulders) and it's not even that visible to the outsiders.

You nailed it with the solipsism comment. That is the point where a woman will think: "Got him!". Whereas "Ok" is so non-chalant, chances are it will drive her crazy.

I joined the Freemasons at 22 and achieved the 3rd degree in the lodge. My dad progressed further and went as far as the 32nd degree (33rd being the absolutely highest and more of an honorary degree than anything). What I can tell you about masonry now is that it is an absolute waste of time. If you haven't figured it out yet, I am no longer associated with the organization. My dad also left for similar reasons. After spending a few years there, I realized that it's essentially a club for old me…

How does ANY of your interaction with this broad resemble anything TRP-related? If you can provide an answer to that, people here will help you understand what you're going through, but as of right now, this reads like middle-school "he said, she said" bullshit.

You mentioned liking instrumental music, so I highly suggest getting into some post-metal bands like Russian Circles. It will get you pumped up just by sheer music alone without having to resort to lyrics: Russian Circles - Station. I've queued it up to the best track on album. If this doesn't make you want to lift heavy things, I don't know what will.

Speaking from personal experience, fapping (specifically to porn) puts me in an irritable mood in the days following, and I feel pretty antisocial and awkward in public. It definitely depends on the person, and I know that for me no-fap removes the brain fog associated with laziness, lack of clarity and direction. My advice to those that feel like they're lacking direction in life is to try it for about a month. If you notice a difference, great. If not, well you've saved up a bunch of your man …

How would one act if the woman in a similar scenario decided to play the "What's wrong, honey?" card and not let up until she gets the answer she has convinced herself she wants. This has been an issue, since telling her nothing is wrong makes her hamster that something is and she keeps prodding, causing me to eventually lose my cool.

There is a difference between confrontation and misdirected anger. The guy in your story sound like an angsty teen who is out of touch with himself. The grill guy did the right thing by walking away, since a guy with that much life experience probably felt this idiot's energy a mile away and decided it wasn't worth the hassle.
