"I was someplace warm and sunny where women like to outdo each others sluttiness when going out. It was all guys, a client junket if you will." Where's that, OP? Asking for a friend.

What really matters, what really really matters in your life is that your life plan leads you to land softly and safely in your old age, when you are no longer the strongest, the sharpest, or the handsomest. Fuck that shit. "Do not go gentle into that good night, Old age should burn and rave at close of day; Rage, rage against the dying of the light."

They do this because they crave the attention and the option to have options.

I had two periods of SEVERE anxiety and panic attacks for a total of one and a half year, day-by-day. I had at least 5 panic attacks every single day, no exception. I also had to take some pills due to the severity of my experience. Those days are long gone now. Everything stopped when I: 1. Stopped giving a shit whether I'll die and literally went limp whenever I had a panic attack. 2. Put in some thinking hours to determine what was the root of my anxiety/panic attacks. (After I made sure ther…

Yeah, as if it makes a difference to withhold that information in todays world. Chances are you've exchanged numbers and chances are you've used that number extensively before, therefore making it easy for police to track everything you've done, contacted and who you are. Stacks are against us, fellow men, be wise. If she has a change of mind - pull out right away (pun not intended). PS: there is ONE exception though - if you've been long-time friends and after years of not feeling smth for each…

Man, just destroy the guy if he gives you shit again. He will stop it once you show aggression. Bullies are like that. The real motherfuckers that could hurt you are quiet. They don't make a lot of fuss until they bite you and they bite you hard. Given that this faggot is mostly talking, he's easy to deal with. I would: Definitely show up in his vicinity whenever possible. Especially in the gym. Pretend he doesn't exist. If he blabbers, just keep eye contact without fidgeting or smiling or anyth…

If you are referring to my last texts, I was quoting Tyler Durden. At that point I didn't care if she'll understand the reference or implication because I wanted to soft next her. However, given she maintains contact, I think I haven't managed to trigger her hamster. Bottom line is - she likes me. We matched on Tinder when she was single (17 years old). I'm acting on the principle "don't listen to what she says but what she does."

I've been thinking about this same topic during the last few weeks. I still don't make a clear distinction between the two, because the line is exceptionally thin. At this point, my conclusion is: Why bother to be persistent? The concept of abundance mentality means that you should not waste precious time trying to persuade a girl to like you if she didn't in the first place. There is always someone who will like you without the need to persist in convincing her. Also, even if you did manage to …

This is all hypothetical talk. I don't know you, I don't know details about your life, so I will refrain from giving you a step by step guide on what you could do. Like I said, high self-esteem can follow the things you numbered, but it can also precede them (usually it precedes them). Accept your current state as a checkpoint towards a future, more-acceptable self (i.e. healthier, more functional and higher-on-the-potential-ladder self).

Nobody likes their past (and in most cases the present as well), that's why we're here. Trying is not enough, you have to do it. I was "trying" for a certain period until I realised I was fooling myself on purpose. Once you set your mind to it, you just do it, you don't "try".

There is a misconception about self-esteem/confidence that it is something like 'mana' on video games. It doesn't work like that. And furthermore, both differentiate, they are not synonyms. Self-esteem (very roughly put) is how you see yourself, how high you rate yourself and the level of acceptance you have for yourself. So you can be a loser, but you can still have a relatively high self-esteem. If this is your aim - work on accepting yourself as you are, regardless of where you are in life. "…

Psychologist here. Your goals depends on your need. For example, if you need catharsis (emotional discharge), then you should focus on writing your feelings, not facts or just a log what you did on a given day. The frequency of entries depends on your need, there is no rule. If you need to remember key details, then a log is the way to do it. If you need more positivity in your life, then writing down three/five things you are thankful about could benefit you. It really depends on your needs.

Man, I was in a similar state of mind a year and a half ago but I didn't give up. I hit a VERY low point where I truly thought there was no way out and that I was never going to get out of the abyss. It didn't feel as if there was a solution. And to make it worse, body symptoms (from the anxiety and panic disorder I had) were truly agonizing, but I am proud of myself now to have endured them. I had two sentences that I kept repeating in my head over and over again, that kept me going. "When you …

Using your analogy - dogs are best motivated by giving them a treat after a desired behaviour, not by beating them. Same as women. If she obeys - give her treats, if she disobeys - alienate her for a while.

Do not "Shame the fuck out of them" because that conflicts with amused mastery and it makes you look like an insecure abusive prick, and as such you are even more likely to end up in court.

Your question/request is vague. Specify. If you just want to be politically/socially aware, read up on ideologies, culture, history of a world region of choice and follow the news.

Those two things are inseparable. If he has Peter Pan traits, he will communicate that way in everyday life. From his post I drew a conclusion that he has those traits as what I read coincides with what I've seen in other Peterpanesque people. Anyways, let's not delve inside OPs psyche, if he enjoys it - then OK; his business. But he should not post such things under "MEN'S RIGHTS". 'Peter Pan' persons are likable for women because Peter Pans (unknowingly) tap into a woman's emotional nature, so…

Mate, first of all... In my discussion with the girl on FB, I calmly presented my argument in ways that she as a liberal would understand. What's the point in debating with a creature of a solipsistic nature, i.e. mostly incapable of conversing in abstract terms and concepts? Never do that again. Women are emotional creatures, so talk to them with this in mind. Second, if you had to give in to the urge to respond her, you should have amplified it. But if I were you, I would have just ignored it.…

Seems like anxiety disorder/panic attacks. Do a blood test to rule out hormonal imbalance. If everything comes out fine, go to a psychotherapist (not to be confused with psychiatrist who will only give you some pills). If you have an anxiety disorder, you might be in for a rough ride (pun not intended). You need to figure what's bothering you and tackle the root of the problem, not just seek to alleviate the symptoms, if they occur again.

Law 28: Enter Action with Boldness. A lot of your difficulties seem to stem from the fear of making a mistake. Next time you engage in a conversation, enter with the aim of deliberately making bloopers and act confident about it. People will most likely write that off as you being funny. Also, self-consciousness about one's intellect is a trait which appears in individuals with above average IQ. Dumb people won't realise the possibility of them being dumb. Moreover, unless you are debating on te…

That's the tricky part we learn by trial and error, I guess. There's a fine line between amused mastery "more emotions" and beta "more emotions." Be careful.

I am re-reading your post every second day and it really helps to understand the characteristics of such interaction. I thank you for it. However, I was looking for something more specific, something more instructional. Or to rephrase: Something how shit tests are explained here, i.e. practical examples that can/do reoccur in every female specimen and options how to react to them.

Bro, in the end it doesn't matter. A key point TRP is trying to make in this regard is to assume she is cheating, even if she doesn't have a vagina. It will give you a different perspective on a relationship and it prevents pain, suffering and disillusionment. It will give you the upper hand, the ability to focus on your frame and the balls/nerve to walk away, which is all that matters. I believe that 99% of us here would like to relax and be completely vulnerable and mentally naked in front of …

First things first, get a hooker, man. Second, stop overthinking. Enroll in kickboxing. You can fix the manboobs problem to some extent with bench press. If it's not something you can fix, watch Sean Stephenson videos to adopt his attitude on body issues. He even speaks about his way of dealing with his problem which is way worse than yours.

Assuming you didn't go full-beta and overboard with that joke: The comments here advising you to start training combat sports are somewhat okay and I second them. However, do not regret now that you didn't know any combat sports when this incident occurred. Speaking from experience, I claim that if you knew how to fight, you would have focused on avoiding the fight at all costs. The beauty of knowing MMA/kickboxing/BJJ/whatever, is in the realisation you can kick his ass and therefore proceed to…

How can you assert yourself as the group's Alpha while also "NOT try and be the centre of attention" ? Also, avoidance of the spotlight would mean toning down your energy, which in itself doesn't sound very Alpha. Furthermore, if you Jebb! yourself (i.e. you tone down your energy, for those that don't get the reference), wouldn't you be less likely to be followed by the rest of the group (see #11) ?
