It doesn't say the larger or more intimidating person must be arrested. It says that is a factor that the cops should consider when evaluating a situation--which is perfectly reasonable.

Okay, I misread your first sentence. My bad. So, no law literally says that. And now you're moving the goalposts--first you were saying that the law requires the man be arrested, and now you're saying that in practice the law has that effect. That's a different claim from the one you originally made, and one that you will need to provide sources for.

Quote it for me. Nowhere does it say that the man must be arrested. It does not even mention gender at all. It says that the cops must take into consideration such factors as height and weight, which is perfectly reasonable.

So, no, there is no such law on the books.

I haven't seen a convincing argument for this. I maintain that the lower classes are seen as disposable by the powers that be, and this is true for both men and women.

laws that require men to be considered the automatic aggressors. I am aware of no such laws; could you point me to some?

I don't see why not.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
