I am stuck on the "we never had sex" comment. I dont understand. Can you please elaborate? And yes you should leave her. You should get some help for your savior complex. She cheated on you countless times as far as you are concerned. She is a compulsive and likely pathalogical liar but you want to make sure she has a parachute? Man i want to be reborn a woman and married to you

I would keep the lawyers escallations aside. That is really an optional expense either one or both of you are causing (it only takes one). It sounds like there is a substantial income disparity. I am just in for child support that the Lying X spends on herself and her new boyfriend. Nothing i can do about that either. Sometimes you just have to bust your A$$ working until she gets no more from you and the taste of freedom is glorious

You dont talk to him. You talk to your kids. Not about him. About YOU. They need to know what youre about and what you would do as a man in that situation

My first alone place was horrible. Most of my kids didnt like it. Only one slept over religiously. That really messed me up, as did the solitude. I found a great woman. We moved around a bit and ultimately settled as a blended family right near the pathological X who escallated to CPS, cops and then sherriffs upmpteenth times. A VERY healthy sense of humor and superb ability irony, helped me stay happy and healthy. Hobbies and all that stuff as well as too many cats allowed me to get into a bett…

Its not an issue now or ever really. You have to remember youre not a criminal. As long as you are not found escallating on purpose or postponing in purpose, this is a divorce court. The judge is invited here. Youre not on trial and stop acting like you are. The only part that is serious here, is the insane ammount of money you are going to spend. Try to have a funny bone about it all. You will end up in a much better place especially if this becomes contentious.

How do you figure you should get child support at 40% parenting time. Dude its 600$ a month. Even if your child is 1, thats 130k max if future worth dollars. Just let it go and find a way to improve your life and earnings instead of duking it out over what is equivalent to a middle of the road car payment

Give her 2-3 years of alimominy as per a reasonable calculator and go. Dont get into a battle in court as it will cost you much more in court.

You will need to see and assess. You can not block him pre emptively unless he has a criminal history that poses a physical risk to the child. Your best tool is your mouth . Tell your child things of a moral nature. "If he talks about other people in front of you, then he is talking about you to other people". A million quotes out there that will set you up in a favorable position. Eventually your child will come to you with the info you need. You wont need to play the investigator. I told my ki…

I lost exactly the same. It took nearly 4 years to find myself. I did not do this alone. A woman helped me ALOT. My X a patholigcal liar and cheat forced me out my own house and away from my kids at first. Over the years i regained my kids 50/50. Mostly against the courts will and directives. I just took them when they wanted more time and there was nothing their mommy could do about it (she tried everything). I got better As they wanted more time and as my life stabilized. No pills and no psych…

Same thing with too many kids between us. She lied and excallated to CPS at first, then to the cops with more lies, then the sherriffs with orders of protection and violations non stop. I just kept calling her a liar everytime she opened her mouth to try and push her narcisist agenda. After years of sitting on my hands, i finally saw her and a slew of lawyers and clerks in the order of protections court. I rep myself there. Multiple lawyers and court clerk tried to get me to sign a promisory not…

She will get exclusive use anyways. But you will pay for her priviledge and you will be forced out potentially. Which one you want? To leave of your own volution or pay for the priviledge of being forced out? Thats one reason the lawyers tell you "never leave the house" and why most men here parrot the same. Yes there are many benefits of staying in the house but all temporary and all satisfy our fears. I left quickly against the grain and against all advice. Best thing i ever did. Had i stayed,…

You are the type to say "never leave the house" and "child support is for the kids". You dont know what youre talking about and your advice is for the types who are too scared to act a man. My advice is not for everyone. Its true and youre right. If you are the type to need a shrink and claim to benefit from one, then my advice is not for you. My advice is for men who are not scared and have a pair of knees on them.

The anger for me is directed at the courts and agents who allowed my pathological liar and cheat to operate with complete impunity for years. Umpteenth CPS, cops and sherriffs. Non stop complaints infront of all my kids. I took it for years and did nothing back. The boyfriend she moved into my house who the kids despise, now has to walk on eggshells. I was a calm cucumber for years until a few weeks ago when her team of lawyers and child lawyer tried to get me to sign some nonsense in the order …

You have been at this too long. You overstayed it. You need to move on and you know the way to do this. You need to fill that hole she left in your heart and mind.

If you are paying child support, nobody going to arrest you. You need to start with rebuilding your confidence. That fear will destroy. Its not your POS wife that will kill you. Please find it within you to realize that youre not scared any longer. Once you do that, you can progress and further your recovery. We have spoken before. I deleted my account thinking i am done with reddit after my recovery was complete. I am back again. I am sad to see youre still in the thick of it.

Because you never filled that need to find trust again. You need to find another woman. Its ok to fail along that path. You need to get out there.

Youre doing it wrong buddy. You are still hurt and have not healed. You wont win until you move on and have a tonne of fun. Your daughter will be happy for you if you do move on. Your life with her would be better if youre happy. Dont worry about her new paramour. He will come and go if she is all that you think she is. Dont talk about them to your kid. Let her grow up and see you happy. Trust me her mommy tries 100% to convey how happy she is.

That all my mistakes will culminate in wild success. That my pathological X will try to bury me dozens of times because i left her and found a better woman. That i would go from massive depression to feeling like greatest of all time. That i will definitely thank god for the X liar doing everything she did, because i found a new life that is wildly amazing

No it is not a red flag. You should stay off social. You have an opportunity to better their lives. It is up to you. If youre only after sex, then you should consider moving on. If she has young kids, they need stability. Far too many men get involved with single moms, while only having self serving motivation

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
