he can't kick her out, nor keep her from the house while they are married. Yes he can. I know because I did. And it was never a question that it's my property and she could not live there without my consent. This dude's wife already moved out. It's no longer her domicile. He does not have to evict her. She does not have a legal or morale claim to his house. Property law is pretty clear.

Dude said he bought the house 8 years before they got married. In my state, that's considered separate property and the spouse has no claim to it. Now there is something about a proper procedure to evict a person from their residence. But she volunterly moved out. Once again, she has no legal claim. Too bad so sad. As far as I'm concerned, once she left him for another man, he has no moral obligation to house her. His kid will have a home. His wife will have to fend for herself. That's what I'm …

Fuck no she can't move back in unless you let her. And you are not going to let her. Do you understand?

Good man. It's not a matter of if but when. All the signs are there.

Be careful. She will probably accuse you of assaulting her. Keep your guard up and your cell phone recording.

How did the jury trial go? What was the outcome? I'm looking to get a jury trial as well.

I second on the lack of repercussions for the false allegations. Everyone knows it's bullshit but they allow it to happen. Even when it's clear she is lying no one holds her accountable. They just dismiss it and act like it never happened.

Tell him not to leave the house. Stay with kids until his lawyer or a judge tells him it's time to go.

Yes. Don't move out of the house. But you already know that one Don't settle for less that you want in the final divorce decree. During my temp order heading, I agreed to letting the STBX have the children 60% of the time and maximum child support. I did so in order to get her out of my home. She later realized that was the best deal she is going to get so she has drawn out the divorce process. Two things came out of it. I have another hearing coming up to modify the temp orders to lower my paym…

Don't move out of your house. If the wife leaves, don't let her take the kids. It will help if there is a custody dispute down the road.

Unless you can negotiate the total down to 50% or less of total payout, don't do it.

Probably depends on what state you are in. Most places it might be considered separate property. If you divorce she won't be entitled to it. But you probably need to keep it separate, don't add it to your joint checking account. And possibly might need it in specific type account, like an IRA. You should consult with a financial advisor.

Ha! I thought that too. My wife always bitched about wanting to be out of the house to work. Until she got the opportunity. Or has to. Turns out she still expects me to support her.

If it's court ordered, pay anything even if it a small portion.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
