16	[Finance] Pay in Cash None of this addresses my biggest issue with cash - interest. Cash is essentially a depreciating asset because of inflation. Completely ignoring the opportunity cost of not investing your money, you need to earn some amount of interest just to maintain your buying power. Having everything in cash is financially retarded, kind of like buying a house with cash when you can get a < 3% mortgage. Agreed on most points except for this.
