I know, it's sort of like a catch-22 it seems lol. I think the way a lot of (straight) guys might see it is if a girl makes the first move, then everything is all fine because then she's comfortable. But if a guy makes the first move, he might not be sure of how you may be feeling, or if it's going too far, etc. But the issue is that it seems like a lot of straight girls would just like a guy to do most of the initiating, and that's understandable.

Okay, I'm a straight guy, but I like browsing this subreddit lol. I think from my perspective, it may be because a guy doesn't want to seem overbearing or too pushy to you, especially since now we're in the Me Too movement and everything, so a lot of guys just want to be careful and more cautious when making a move.

A million net worth isn't really a lot, especially if you're over 50. I'd say it's average at best.

Fuck man, why do you have to downplay your race? Yeah, French and German origins my ass. Just be happy with who you are. No one is going to be thinking to themselves when they first see you "hey, look at that Asian guy. I'm guessing he has French and German heritage somewhere." They're going to be thinking "hey, there's that Asian guy." Stop pretending to be white and just embrace your Asian-ness. You're not white.

Haven't you ever seen the Family Guy episode where they talk about the more muscles short guys have, the shorter they look? It's so true. I think being too muscular (if you're a short guy (5'7'' or less)) is a bad look for short guys. 5'10'' to 6'2'' seems to be the ideal height for overall body aesthetics.

I consider myself a liberal, but I think if that was the reason why Mike Pence has that as a personal policy, he's a pretty stand-up (and smart) guy and I look up to him for that.

Asked my girlfriend for confirmation. According to her, face > body. Can't say I blame her.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
