I agree completely. Everything in moderation. This isn’t exclusive to men and masculinity. This same argument can be applied to women. A woman should be sexual and initiate, but being too sexual makes her slutty and undesirable. A woman should be interesting and have a personality, but if she talks too much about her interests then she’s a rambler and annoying.
