1	The law seems to be pretty biased here? Oh...interesting. In US law the consequences of sexual assault are much less severe than rape. If the perpetrator faces the EXACT same penalties for either crime, then I would say the distinction is moot. Having an erection is not giving consent to have sex any more than a woman being wet is giving consent.
