Intense exercise and eating at a caloric deficit will temporarily increase cortisol levels in your body due to the stress. Cortisol production temporarily halts testosterone production. This is normal and expected as someone loses weight and works out. This is why men who are actively losing weight or eat a ketogenic diet (cortisol producing) will notice a drop off in their libido as well as having difficulty maintaining erections. Rest, good sleep, and a healthy diet will offset this. Once the …

If you are within normal range and are a little bit bigger than normal, weight loss and lifting will help correct it. There is no “normal” amount, the number is based off of population studies. If you are in the normal range, it means you are within a normal standard deviation for T level. Losing fat doesnt produce more T, it just stops the T from being converted so there is more T available for your body to utilize.

What's testicular failure exactly, in this case. It's where the testicles fail to produce testosterone. It can be mechanical failure (actually damaging the testes) or from organic failure due to hormonal disruption. Adipose tissue (fat) has an enzyme called aromatase which converts testosterone into estrogen. How this works exactly, if you can elaborate – better yet, how to prevent it. I've heard/read about this before, but extra information makes no harm. I've read white mushrooms helps reducin…

Testosterone supplementation comes with a slew of negative side effects. There is no established normal range regarding age group. As you age we expect it to drop, but I’ve seen 70 year olds with T in the high triple digits and 20 year olds with it in the low 100s. All of them are normal. Lose weight first before anything.

I am a physician. Very few men will have abnormally low T levels. They are typically caused by testicular failure or hypogonadism. Most men with "Low T" actually have too much estrogen. Adipose tissue (fat) has an enzyme called aromatase which converts testosterone into estrogen. Fat people have higher levels of estrogen and relatively lower levels of testosterone due to it being converted so readily. You don't have low T. You're fat and have too much estrogen. Hit the gym.

The diagnosis is made 90% of the time with a good H&P for a vast majority of conditions. Interns are well known for wasting a ton of money ordering a slew of tests that are not needed but make them feel better about their diagnosis

This is so goddamn infuriating. I bet some SJWs would argue that the boy actually raped her, since he has power. She's the victim here, guys. WHY CAN'T YOU SEE THAT? (i hope i dont need an /s for that)

If there are 100 people that need razors, and only one company making unisex razors, they will sell 100 razors. Now if there are 2 companies, one making a unisex razor, and one making a razor that pivots around jaw lines and has a moustache trimmer blade and another with a nice fat strip of moisturizer and fragrance as well as a grippy handle for the shower, then of course the men and women are going to buy the product that caters to their needs. No one is stopping women from buying men's razors…

I hope they try. Social structures and words mean nothing when pure physical strength can dominate, enslave, rape, plunder, murder, and control every facet of a person's life. Women seem to forget, ironically, that it was men that dominated them before and it was men that fought for and helped them become equals. If third wave feminists honestly try and escalate this to a literal war against men, the results would not be pretty.

90% of drinks sold are single liquor drinks, the other double and triple liquor drinks can be looked up on a phone quickly with an app. Not that difficult.
