1	Can someone in the comments explain how this works? This is true, however the poster shared by OP is talking about being intoxicated (drunk) as opposed to being incapacitated due to alcohol. So going off what you've said, Josie in the poster would be able to form the requisite mental state to consent, therefor legally speaking, not rape.	/r/MensRights	13/01/17 01:36 AM
