Yikes, I'm sorry to say but u/revente is 100% right and you are grossly underestimating how much the men in those photos work out. Those are most certainly NOT 'naturally skinny guys who work out occasionally so they are not just skin and bones'. Not even close. These are guys who hit the gym 4-6 times a week and keep a strict diet with a mostly active lifestyle.
