This is something I've been having trouble with: mindset and intentions. For general day to do day stuff, what makes me a "nice guy"? Where is the line between alpha and asshole? Can anyone point me in the direction of easy to follow muscle building/fat loss guides? Also- I've been a beta for the past 3.5 yrs of high school with the same 90 kids. Is my reputation pretty much shot? I'm rarely invited out even though I try to demonstrate value (by being the dj).
