2	Dilated pupils Yes a key for all to understand is these disorders are maladaptive. It's permanent. They will never change. With intense therapy they can actively work on modifying behavior, but their natural tendencies are ingrained and will never change. Furthermore, refusing to accept accountability is another hallmark of cluster Bs, so very few if any actually pursue therapy on their own. Don't trust your feelings. Trust the disorder.
