| -3 | Why should male gamers change their behavior? So I get DV'ed for pointing out that male gamers that feel like they have to change and are upset are full of shit? Try not telling them to get back in the fucking kitchen when they kill you. This is sidetrack BS by insecure 20 year olds who talk to women online like they are trash. Grow the F up and quit trying to drag MRA into your garbage. | /r/MensRights | 17/08/12 11:44 PM |
Why should male gamers change their behavior? This is utter BS. I have helped run a FPS gaming family since 2003. (USMercs) We are 18 and up and routinely play wioth wives, girlfriends and even single women in our servers and on our VOIP. I am no saint verbally and we talk-trash back and forth across the3 board. Gamer girls are just as into it as any guy. And this isn't an MRA topic. | /r/MensRights | 17/08/12 09:20 PM
Fellow MRA's I need some advice. (preferably from divorced fathers) Caution: Sort of long. Here is a link to your State's website that handle support and visitation. Has a FAQ that might help answer some of your questions. Also google Texas child support calculator. It will give you an idea of what you will be paying. https://www.oag.state.tx.us/cs/parents/faq.shtml | /r/MensRights | 13/08/12 03:55 AM
Fellow MRA's I need some advice. (preferably from divorced fathers) Caution: Sort of long. One thing I can say for here in Florida, they do not like either party dicking around with thier visitation orders and they don't take it lightly. Not sure the stance by the courts in Texas, but judges in general don't like having thier court orders ignored by either party. Well am I glad you have taken the time to understand how you should be in handling it. Though make sure if you do take action against her for something, you are of a clear and unangered mind when you do it. Sometimes even the… | /r/MensRights | 13/08/12 03:21 AM
Fellow MRA's I need some advice. (preferably from divorced fathers) Caution: Sort of long.I am going to assume that you 2 were already split up when the baby came? They will assess from birth until your court date. They do it with everyone. I learned this one thing in all of the times, except that one time, of dealing with family court and the agencies that handle child support enforcement: Common Sense Isn't A Part Of Their Vocabulary. If you can, have them remove the support from your work checks. I know there are some that scream NO on here about that. But if/when she calls you to… | /r/MensRights | 13/08/12 03:00 AM
Fellow MRA's I need some advice. (preferably from divorced fathers) Caution: Sort of long.As someone who essentially did the same thing (15 years ago was married less than a year and divorced while my daughter was only 4 months) I will try and give you some heads up. At this point, she has people talking in her ear to take you for everything and make your life miserable. Even her legal rep , if she has it is trying to maximize everything to her benefit. Most states go by a formula based on your income for child support, so you will probably be paying the minimum amount. BUT you will … | /r/MensRights | 13/08/12 02:32 AM
**UPDATE** My soon to be ex-wife just had my pride and joy towed out of my garage. This is how this will play out in divorce court, NOT MY OPINION You committed theft(possibly burglary, though some states vary), extortion and fencing of stolen items. And then you posted it on the internet. | /r/MensRights | 16/07/12 02:28 AM
"Service members should not have to worry while they're deployed, or facing a future deployment, that their service to country might cost them the custody of their children." National Military Family Association, American Bar Association and family law attorneys oppose bill.If most family law jurisdictions were not predisposed to elevate the rights of the mother over the father initally, I could understand the opposition to the bill. Granted this would apply to both sexes, and 2 of the worst cases I have seen displayed by supporters of the legislation involved female soldiers losing custody to "abandonment", family law lawyers salivate over military divorces simply for the guaranteed benefits and pay for thier clients, not too mention the ease at smearing "a traine… | /r/MensRights | 11/06/12 04:09 PM
My husband received $35 in child support today (venting)As long as you are paying something they just add the difference to arrears, if arrears gets to big then they suspend license (depending on the state) or force it back to court for a civil contempt or criminal charge. | /r/MensRights | 06/06/12 10:26 PM
