I was gonna laugh and just brush this off, but it’s the harsh truth and I needed to hear it even though it hurts. Not really. Alpha is a mindstate and you don't get there by asking how to become alpha. Unless you have a legit disorder like anxiety or something (which you should get help for and not just hope it'll go away), just stop giving a fuck and man up. Constantly improve yourself, do/say what you feel, stand your ground and don't take shit from anybody. That's alpha.
