I was a chubby kid too and people, even my own parents, tried to bring me down because of it. It DESTROYED my self-confidence. Grew up, dropped 80 pounds and now I'm in pretty good shape. 5'7", 150 is fat? Shit, I'm 5'6", 170. I'm watching RSD's 'Blueprint' and one of the most important things I've learned so far is to "draw state from within". It sounds like you're letting your environment get the best of you. You should be aware of your environment and live in the present, but the feeling of confidence and wholeness should be intrinsic or come from within yourself.
