| 1 | No Prenup = 50/50???I agree, but I don’t think you can include stipulations on child support or alimony in a prenup. I think only the laws of the state determine that. I think for sure if you attempt to include child support demands in a prenup a judge can decide to throw out the prenup in its entirety, some would allow an amendment and then honor the rest of the prenup but better to be safe than sorry and just get it reviewed by a lawyer who could clarify that sort of thing | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/12/21 08:07 PM |
