1	Theory Weekend - No Stupid Questions Thread Part II ok, been lurking and reading for a few weeks now. Had a stupid thought, and perhaps it is a good question? What would happen if, in a state with common law marriage, a guy and 4 girls moved into a house on the same date. After the sufficient period of time according to common law, one of the girls decided to move out, and take the guy to court.
