6	Yet another great meme This is a very important distinction that people don't make. Valid does not mean marketable or valuable. There are some jobs that require "University Degree". A gender studies degree is valid and could be accepted. But does not mean it's as marketable or valuable as other degrees that are more specific to the responsibilities of the position.
