Just get a girlfriend and it will be cheaper Maybe, but try telling a woman that you're dating her, at least in part, because she offers reliable access to sex. Robert Glover of No More Mr. Nice Guy called these arrangements "covert contracts" (aka "settling" from the guy's perspective) and urged readers to abandon them.

Should society feel genuinely sorry and empathetic for the latter? It's not like they can eliminate or control these things. In the States, we could adopt a stance on brothels similar to the Nevada or the Dominican Republic model. Legal and regulated sex work will launch more men and women into the middle class - SW Alice Little of Nevada made $1M in 2019, and let's face it, we can't all be winners in the knowledge economy to come. If your hypothetical 5'3 software engineer gets to share his lar…

'DatingOverThirty' - it's one of Reddit's largest dating-advice subs. It's actively moderated to provide heterosexual men with terrible advice about how to cultivate short- or long-term relationships.

I think she comes off as a reasonable person in search of a genuine, equitable relationship. The apps (and the endemic gynocentrism of liberal American society) gave her a sense of abundance that didn't coincide with reality. Maybe that dating service was worth it.

FX shows are streamed on Hulu in the US. There is probably a French dub available in relevant markets (i.e. not here). Of course, crude, amateurish dubs would be more comprehensible to me because my French vocabulary is so limited. EDIT: I'm using an excerpt with Spanish subtitles because FX stripped YT of original Louie content.

AMBW is the alliance of two relatively undesirable (per the data) demographics of online daters.

Trp would say young women are too busy riding the cc to commit, but that's an over generalization A lot of women accidentally ride the cc by matching with men who are out of their league, and then [unsuccessfully] bartering sexual favors for commitment. Dating apps allow men to misrepresent their intentions (and marital status) far more easily than what would be possible in a friend-of-a-friend match.

women are honestly not that hard to win over That's changing...most of us (men or women) live in fear of being 'won over' by an ugly person, which is why we try to curtail initial interactions with them. See Sarah Baker's monologue (EDIT: skip to 2:30) in S3E4 of Louie, where she notes that Louis CK doesn't want to be seen with her in public. The perceived romantic abundance that single women experience on dating apps, compounded by the righteous indignation of the #MeToo movement, has created a…

I'm assuming that in a market, the matches will occur at different levels of attractiveness. See Bruch & Newman, 2018. These University of Michigan sociologists found that in general, both hetero men and women right swipe on people about 25% more attractive than themselves. We can infer from FDS that men gleefully accept matches from less-attractive women in order to run pump-and-dump schemes. As any unattractive straight man can tell you, we are used for favors and dinner - not sex.

A preponderance of people who are undesirable dating material due to personality issues their appearance There are a lot of quality men out there. Hardworking, intelligent, and kind. The problem is that dating apps inflate distort women's perception of their own RMV, so realistic candidates get passed over in favor of stretch ones. Consider Kat McClain of Los Angeles. In December 2017, NPR profiled her after she paid a dating service $6K to help her dismount the cock carousel gracefully. In an A…

FDS exists because after Guy A lost the weight and upgraded his career, he went from zero inbound likes to several per week, usually from obese single moms. Because sex > no sex, he pumps them, dumps them, and refuels his abundance mindset tank for the next swipe campaign. The contemporary Western SMP is very favorable to cis hetero women, provided that they remain aware of their actual RMV. The ones that don't end up posting in FDS.

Is my best not caring to know their name? It's goddamn convenient, so yes, that's a great user experience for him. Just ask George Costanza. It sucked. For you, maybe. He got to blow his load in a new pussy and then not have to buy you breakfast the next day. Better yet, you didn't expect him too.

There are no "sex tutors". Not true. Here is an example of one . Normalizing sexual surrogacy would not give a lot of women develop a second career or a side gig, but also help rice/currycels and manlets develop a level of familiarity with intimacy that is rapidly becoming the exclusive domain of Chad. As a geriatric millennial, I lost my V-card very late and only broke into double-digit n-count in my mid thirties. And I had to drop pretty much every standard to get that far - I haven't fucked a…

Now in PPD I hear guys don’t get this much sex and action it’s the women. Sexually abundant men rarely post here, unless they're borderline cases who boost their n-counts with landwhales excusivelly.

So what’s the worst that happens if you dump her? No more sex until another candidate comes along, and who knows how long that will take. Given the way the Western SMP continues to bifurcate, she will require even more concessions (morbidly obese instead of plump, sole custody of multiple kids instead of co-parenting a single one) than her predecessor. She you gives others permission on how they can fuck treat her you. Unless you're a sexually abundant guy (i.e. not on this sub), the women willi…

Trans women are women. a very low to 0 n-count Actually, I hope she has a lot of experience giving quality BJs. let’s assume that there is no social stigma attached and that the trans woman is fully transitioned and female passing Indeed, just like there's no stigma attached to cishet man who happen to: present a stature below 5'10 work in hospitality, retail, or the trades (which pays immeasurably higher than many white-collar roles) be of South/East Asian descent There's no gotcha to be had he…

Since I never ask for exclusivity, whomever I'm sleeping with eventually IDs an upgrade and takes it upon herself to cut me off. I've had a couple repeat offenders slide back into my DMs after Chad finished his turn. With one exception, they've been absolutely floored to hear that I was able to replace them as easily as they dropped me. The churn is real.

Do you think they ever lower their standards to a point where a well put together (good money, style/dress sense and in shape) but facially unattractive man has a chance? They're lowering their standards from "delusional" to "entitled." Since I shell out of premium on Bumble and Tinder, I can see who right swipes me. To a woman, they outweigh me (5'11, 173 lbs this morning). Most are 40+ (I'm 37). About half have a kid or three. Of course, they are all well aware that their offers are really the…

I bet if I looked at your comment history, I'd see some FDS activity. I’d rather be a single mom or in an asexual lesbian relationship than be married to a man I’m not attracted to. If nobody wants to fuck you, you can't be a single mom. LMAO.

why do men match with and entertain people they’re not attracted to Specific to my demographic (late 30s), our dating experiences thus far taught us who (if anyone) responds best to us. Since we are acutely aware that our resources (time, entertainment budget, ect.) are finite, we are going to apply them to scenarios where success (i.e. sex) is most likely. Is the idea of penetrating something with their penis enough of a “turn on” on its own where the personhood of the penetrated object isn’t e…

Attraction cannot be negotiated. If you've ever fucked dated a guy from the apps, there's a good chance that he got over an initial lack of attraction [to you] in order to pull it off. What's good for the gander is good for the goose too, no?

TLDR: If you want a committed relationship with a stable partner badly enough, your "suffering" will consist of acknowledging and embracing your actual SMV and engaging with your looksmatches. The "suffering" you're thinking of consists of: approaching obviously uninterested men (as opposed to the neat queue of them in a dating app) swallowing their bemused rejection (or worse, their cum as you attempt to barter convenient sex for their romantic attention), grimly setting out to do it all over a…

EDIT: This is not directed at you; I'm speaking about the US SMP. But I don't know that they're cultural in nature. They're cultural - just not tied to a specific ethnicity. I'm not going to help spin someone's discomfort with East/South Asian male features into something other garden-variety ethnocentrism. Again, I'm very guilty as well - I'm not into AMBW for the same reason.

But that seems like a separate factor and not just women being assholic. Nobody is "assholic" for passing over 2nd generation Asian American men. Failing to maintain a caloric deficit, marry partner up with the father of one's child, or invest in dental care are cultural incompatibilities that I personally cannot abide - I'm not an asshole for that either.

FDS is being hyperbolic, but yes, it is. Most of my still-single pals are like me - own their place, 5'10+, not overweight, and closing in on six figures. Since we are brown men (rice or curry), we are generally considered to be unattractive, especially in a large, predominantly Caucasian US metropolis. The women who swipe right on us are consistently obese, mothers, and occasionally into their mid-40s. Not sure what they have in common with us, or what they envision dating us would be like.

Men2 member here. I might be Men1 in a different dating market (say for women aspiring to move to the US), but in the affluent DC suburbs, I'm definitely Men2. So in effect you are saying to the vast majority of men2 to accept that they will not be able to be happy. I keep myself in shape to smash fatties. Not exactly a happy situation for me (or them), but at least we both get something out of it. They get to fuck a successful, tall, and fit man who happens to look Asian. I get the novelty of n…

Eventually I got what is needed to compensate for my disadvantages. Now I refuse to be with any woman that didn't date people like the young man I was during their youth. They had the chance to invest early on. Now they don't get to benefit from the fruits of my effort. But what if she matured? /s

Do you think young love or romance is overrated? Especially those with no experience? I work (and play) with a lot of proto-inkwells: US-born ethnic guys who pushed themselves into software engineering in the misguided hopes of a stable income stream and possibly a gf to spend it on. To a man, we have no first-hand experience with mutual attraction. Since I played lacrosse in HS and college (club), I got to see what IOIs look like, and what women do when they're into a teammate of mine. In my mi…

God that sucks. I meant Type 2 diabetes, the kind you get from being fat. I have type 1 diabetes and got downvoted to hell for saying that it would be a detriment to dating. Yeah but at least you didn't bring it upon yourself. What sickens me is landwhales trying to mainstream their failings through 'body acceptance' instead of devoting themselves to losing weight. Fat men disgust women on a daily basis - what's good the the goose should be good the gander, right?

it's the release of dopamine you get when scrolling through porn when searching for the right clip. It's the action of searching and finding Ok, my own experiences back this up. De facto NoFap gives me the sense of urgency required to pursue fat women. I'm 5'11 and fit, but being Asian and living in a deep suburb knocks down my SMV so I have to improvise to get notches.

Porn didn't make ~40% of women between 20-39 [clinically] obese. As a tall, gainfully-employed brown man in the US, I'll happy bang out a fatty or three. That doesn't make them attractive, but it keeps me out of a PMO spiral.

I live in the DC metro area - most people who are not working in the service industry or the trades possess graduate-level educations and commensurate compensation/lifestyle expectations. For childless, cis het women (my preferred demographic), success is defined in professional terms and certain lifestyle attributes - fit, well-traveled, well-informed, and self-sufficient (financially, logistically, emotionally, and sexually). She'd much rather share a desirable archetype than partner up exclus…

Single dads are just as fucked as single moms on the dating market An alternate perspective is that childless woman can maximize their SMV by opening their filters to include single dads.

Western men have opened Pandora's box: the same cultural norms that give us a chance at commitment-free sex also empower women to pick and choose us as their needs dictate, which creates an elite class of sexually-prolific Chads and a proliteriate of near-inkwell worker drones. If the female electorate wants a society where men are interested in being loyal partners with solid income streams, they need to provide incentives for this behavior to occur.

Does one group have to sacrifice choice and agency to achieve [dating equality]? Legalize and regulate prostitution, like certain counties in NV. As mid-level office drones get replaced by AI, RPA, or offshoring, the cishet female ones will resort to moonlighting as SWs to preserve their MC lifestyle. While Chad will continue to recruit into his soft harem via dating apps, Billy can use his beta bucks to actually get his rocks off, instead of just paying a landwhale's foodie tab. and if yes do y…
