this is happening at schools all over the country. It's from the dear colleague letter sent from the department of education during Obama's first term which encourages universities to convict students of sexual assault even if they can't prove beyond 51%

exactly. it's a crazy argument when it's females and CEOs, and a crazy argument when it's males and early childhood education. Yes, there are the issues of sexual assault accusations but if there was no discrimination at all, it would not be equal.

my understanding is that, however unfair, there's no right to due process in a judicial proceeding in a private university. Maybe the amount of money the get from the federal government should affect this? Is that not true?

You're right...If my school did this to me, I would just ask them to call the police and have a real judge sort it out.

This is just for university judicial proceedings, not real court. They can do whatever they want, and the Obama administration actively encourages this kind of stuff.

You're right. Oxfam (a hunger group) is one of the worst. See Wikipedia- Oxfam Criticism. Truly insulting to anyone who actually cares about the issue

if their target market was men and it said "do wives count," I would have found it funny, so I can't really be mad

It's great that he addresses mens health, but he makes a pretty huge assumption that this tragedy had something to do with masculinity. There is literally no evidence of this, but now people will believe it now because an "expert" told them it is true.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
