OK, well that doesn't change the other analysis. What you're proposing is highly illegal, immoral, and unethical. Even firing her because she doesn't have your religious beliefs might be illegal.

Hi, you are an employer. I don't know where you live, but I know in the united states, employers are not allowed to bring up religion nor make religion an issue about employment unless they are a church. You ma'am are not a church. Giving her the ultimatum you are wanting to give is not only gross and wrong, but illegal. It is highly immoral and illegal for you to promise somebody a job, have them move to another country, and then make it a condition of their employment to become your religion. …
