From a more general mental health perspective, lean into this and grieve for her properly for a few weeks. Avoid falling into a trap of escapism and self pity however - there is a fine line there. Get as much exercise (cardio especially) as you can to help process it, then find a way to keep growing with that energy.

When awesome comes, it's not going to necessarily hit you like a slap in the face. It takes months/years of effort so it will be gradual. Awesome is more of a lack of shit, then a collection of things. Awesome is a state when you have removed everything that is stifling you, and you just FLOW.

100%. I remember asking a friend about this, and she said: "Do you remember exactly what each vagina looked like? We don't really care as long as he's good in bed and not abnormally small". If you are much over 7" you are going to bottom out on most girls anyways.

I think alot of this comes down to discipline and personal responsibility. Girls that ask 20 different questions and can't make decisions are typically people that cannot take responsibility for their own actions. They will blame external factors when things go wrong, and chalk it up to serendipity when they go right. Someone who owns their actions will complain less, and these types of "20 questions" scenarios wont even exist

Posture is a big one. A lot of people wouldnt mentionthis because its not obvious. But proper posture (head up, chest forward, relaxed shoulders) does wonders for both confidence and the appearance of ones body (male and female)

BREATHE. If I could recommend just one thing, it would be this. Try taking an inhale before starting a sentence. Not only does it relax and centre you, it adds pause into your speech, and keeps people hanging on as you speak a bit slower. Obama is a good example of using these pauses

NEVER pick up a bottle unless your life is in danger. Picking up anything and using it in a fight = assault with a weapon. Very serious charge vs a standard fistfight/kick to the balls...

Beautiful. It reminds me of the wolf analogy - black vs white (not racial) dark vs light, fear vs love; which one wins? Whicever one you feed - http://zenpencils.com/comic/94-the-two-wolves/

love this -lDating apps have created many strong relationships and marriages, but most of the women you are going to meet in life are going to be real life interactions. You cannot neglect this segment. l
