Depends what you do. I work 110hrs some weeks and 30-40hr shifts at least monthly. Wouldn’t change it for the world, love what I do.

The best advice I can give on nutrition is this: Don't "diet" to lose weight, you should find a nutritious diet that works for you and stick with it. In other words if you can't stick with your diet for the rest of your life, it's not a good idea. There is no consensus on what constitutes a "healthy" diet. This isn't entirely correct. Men have different skeletal structure that has significantly different biomechanics than a female skeleton. More bio mechanically favorable origins and insertions, larger tendinous and ligament outs structures and more muscle mass. HRT in a post op trans woman does not change most of this. I think maybe your hypothetical sidesteps the real issue. State mandated child support and alimony are unethical practices because they automatically financially punish men for every ended mairrage regardless of context, fault or financial dynamics of the mairrage.
