There is rampant insecurity on your end. If you act like this with somebody on the internet, how would you respond to a girlfriend with the same line of questioning?

Cue the victimhood mentality.
/r/MensRights15/08/24 04:26 PM

Sure. That's very believable.
/r/MensRights15/08/24 04:26 PM

So that's a no.

Are you in a relationship?

I think men who worry about masculinity are hilariously fragile.

No. Get therapy.

I think you're making a lot of generalisations there. What would you say if a woman said a bunch of generalisations about men, applying them to you specifically?

I stand up for being a good person. I don't see why biological sex needs to be tied to that.

Feminism existed pre-50s. Try antiquity.

I'm happy married, mate. We exist.

Any particular reason you feel like this? Just curious.

I don't "debate women". I have a conversation with my wife as an equal.

This isn't a murder.

You need a linkedin account to get the report. Men were actually slightly more likely to get a job, and the only real conclusion you can draw is that men and women use a different job seeking strategy with women focusing on less applications to higher probability of success job Using what distribution? What is the sample size? Any confounding variables?

That's not what I said, but again, therapy might help here.

I think you're avoiding personal responsibility.
/r/MensRights16/06/24 10:55 AM

Every person has an intrinsic responsibility over their own actions.

As it turns out, women are more likely to get hired for any given job even though they apply to much fewer. With no stats provided whatsoever.
/r/MensRights16/06/24 07:58 AM

You clearly haven't met a lot of women.

False. Go outside mate

No, themselves. It's called being responsible for your actions.

Why bitter?

Good here. Don't feel like a victim and have a loving relationship with my partner and have many female friends. I wish you my kind of success.

My maths prof would say otherwise.

That isn't mutually exclusive to women.

If you imagine speaking to women as a death sentence, then perhaps you're not thinking about this in a healthy manner?

No.

Again, more avoidant behaviour. You might want to see why criticism is seen as evidence that others don't care about their needs. For example, dismissive avoidants want to feel like they're in control of certain situations, because unpredictability and inconsistent communication can cause significant stress. Would you say this is correct?
/r/MensRights13/06/24 12:21 PM

This is pretty typical avoidant behaviour. Do you normally avoid such questions?

I’m not sure therapy is going to do much good for you. You can definitely give it a shot, and it might help a little bit, but you need to improve your circumstances. Being depressed is a natural response to not being where you want to be in life. A lot of this is incorrect. CBT, SSRIs and mindfulness have all been scientifically proven to help in such situations. We as men are meant to fuck! This might be a good start at why your mindset isn't particular helpful.

Women are not equipped to handle a man’s struggles. She’ll probably either ultimately use it against you, or end up telling a bunch of people, who will not help, because the world at large does not give a shit about pulling men up when they’re down. I guess you haven't had a long-term relationship with a woman? Or have female friends? Also, you'd have to provide evidence of the world not giving a shit about pulling men up. I see a lot of support for men (and women as well) in my community. Inevi…

You're not alone, and please talk to someone now. Better yet, a woman. You'll find out we all share many common issues and the best thing you can do now is to just talk to someone. You're very strong for seeking help.

I love this Oprah group for insecure men. Masculinity has nothing to do with cancer screening, and more to do with personal responsibility.

Statistical inference relies on taking a sample out of a general population and inferring an assumption against it, if you accept your null hypothesis, with a degree of certainty. You've used the hasty generalisation fallacy. Calm down, just because some man is walking on the same pavement as you, it is statistically less likely to be him trying to stalk you Men are statistically less likely to be sexually assaulted compared to women, but it doesn't prevent much of this sub from venting about it…

I'm in happy relationship. Perhaps you're bitter? In the last few decades (especially 2010s), marriage has transformed from a commitment to one another to basically a business arrangement No. Any understanding of history will say otherwise.

Birthing and carrying you around inside her isn't work? I'd argue that it's one of the hardest jobs out there.

So your mother did in fact did do work whilst carrying and birthing you?
/r/MensRights03/06/24 10:45 AM

Bud, the state of the US economy has nothing to do with the fact that division of labor is more economically efficient, a simple fact of life. There is a correlation. Stochastic differential equations have been utilised to better understand this. Wiener space is particularly useful in this case. Stop trying to move goal posts I believe that I highlighted a hole in your argument and you're changing topic. Unless you're providing contrary evidence, I'll stick with my null hypothesis.
/r/MensRights03/06/24 10:44 AM

Not sure what that means Perhaps you don't know much about economics? Hint: what does the current interest rate say about the economy in the US?

Women do zero work Your mother didn't do any work carrying and birthing you?

Finally, as an aside, I personally find it economically silly for both partners to work and then split housework. Either one works and the other is at home, or you both work and hire a maid. But to each their own. Hire a maid? What economy are you living in?

No evidence to back this up, and plenty of evidence to refute it. Highly doubt it

If it involves feminists its usually the "men are bad" chestnut. And you just used feminists as a general term. So, you've made a chestnut of your own.

I LOVE my female gp. Been with her for a decade and couldn't ask for better. Sorry for your luck there.
