While I would lean towards local coffee shops, being given this question where one of the answers is the “right answer,” that the guy is asking so he can argue with me or deem me one of the good ones — I think I’d feel weird. Also am averse to mansplaining. And setting up the debate format I think asks for a lot of engagement to start - like feeling like I have to defend my preferences to a stranger, who asked me to tell me I’m wrong or right.
