Don't separate the bank account yet if it's giving you access to her earnings and the records. Just get the debts gone or you will be responsible for them. But talk to an attorney soon so that you don't close out something you want to have access to. You need to know what your share is here. You said 11 years? or 5? a long term marriage gives you more rights generally. It would be nice for her to pay your way through school or at least some support to continue.

Call a bunch from the "yellow pages". Just google divorce attorney in your town. Choose some. Call them and ask if they do a free consult. If no, then ask them for recommendations and call all of those.

Best to marry an uneducated woman That is not true and believing it leads people to settle for less than a full partner. He said he's still in school. He'll be making more later. He's going to be a good catch - for someone else. He doesn't need to settle.

Thankfully there are no kids. Sorry it feels so bad right now, but you're better off. She didn't love you enough and someone else will a lot sooner than you think. There are better women out there. Look up divorce in your state and learn the rules. Do not allow her to short change you. Get your cc paid up and remove her from them.
