That assumes most/every man handle rejection well and isn't going to argue in pm or publicly about why you should still date him. And then there are the crazy's that go off the rails. If ghosting bother you more than oh well unfortunate then it was probably the right choice.

Why take the risk? Is an "avergage" dude can handle the rejection fine he should be able to handle the ghosting fine. Both of us can't talk about how often it happens to a woman or her friends but you have to realize that the follow harassment is real, happens often enough to be a problem and has/can have lasting psychological impact.

If the guy above you only said that because it is a woman does that make his point invalid? Is the really necessary for the cop to kick that woman so hard? I agree that she probably had it coming but a cop should be above petty feelings about people acting like shit.
