I think what can happen (not a lawyer) is that say if you have 1M to split between your children, as long as you leave something it cannot be contested that a child was forgotten from the will. Eg ~ 1M to split 495k to Child 1 495k to Child 2 10k to Child 3

Ah been there done that. Anyways heres EXACTLY what you do; Its quite petty, but channel / visualize them walking in together. Try to make it as lucid and as clear in your mind as possible. Then use this as (INITIAL) gym ragefuel.
